We were so excited to go to the Music and Art Festival on the 4th. We saw an advertisement before leaving home in Oregon on 6/30. We saw signs all over in Twisp and Winthrop upon arriving and even at our campsite. We waited in line for a half hour in the hot sun, and finally made it close the front of the line. There were two ladies walking down the line selling arm bands which we bought. Then at the entrance I see a sign that says NO DOGS. I looked back at the lady that just sold is arm bands and asked, "are there no dubs allowed?" She clearly saw us and many other families with there dogs. Her answer was, "I have no idea." And sure enough the last at the entrance said yep, no did allowed. How disappointing! No where on any signs around town did it say no dogs. So many families were turned away disappointed. One family has three little kids and their family dog who were sold tickets, then had to wait again to ask to be refunded. Do better with advertising please. What a waste of time and little ones...
