Staff is a dysfunctional hot mess. Unprofessional and rude. The one named Robert Brown especially. I was studying minding my own business when he starting talking to another employee about how people incorrectly sit in the study area desks (which i guess I was doing without notice since they have the layout of the desks facing stupid and in the wrong direction so i always place my chair in its CORRECT spot.) Mind you he says this very loud and near me. CLEARLY indicating that im "in the way".Then proceeds to walk past me and tell me that theres no eating and drinking in the library. Which I know. Mind you it was a closed bottle and a small bag of peanuts. I found it funny that he would decide to address me after 1.) I had already finished the bottle, 2.) Neither you nor co workers addressed another person who was eating a whole meal on the next desk less than 10 minutes prior, 3.) Neither you nor your co workers address the loud conversations and wild children that are allowed to run amok without consequence and 4.) That you yourself were loud, impolite and condescending with your tone when we are in a quiet place of business. So its very clear Mr. Brown that you do not have yourself nor your staff together. Despite my awful experience I will continue not only to come back to this library (because I refuse to let people run me away) but I will also continue to place my chair wherever I so please, sip on my water and eat my peanuts.I would like Mr. Brown to know that I come in this library quite often and that next time I will not hesitate to get him together if he decide to address me again like I am a child :)...

Read moreMy husband and I love this Library!! We’ve been attending this Library so much we may as well get a key to the building. We love the customer service, the PEACE, the books, the PROGRAMS, PROGRAMS, PROGRAMS!!! My 4 year old, Genesis is basically the Library Princess. I’ve been homeschooling her since one and one of our learning outlet is the LIBRARY! She looks forward to attending EVERY week. The learning Programs offers so much to my sweet Genesis and even my 1 year old son and I encourage any parents that’s reading this to look into them. 🥰 The dedicated Library Manager (Mrs.Watson) along with the dedicated staff (Ms.Davis, Ms. Rosalind, Mr. Tyler and every other sweet soul that works there) never disappointed. We’re always treated with a smile, they’re supper helpful and really we call them our Library Family. I walked out the Library tonight and said “Bye Family” it just came out but I realized a community is another form of family. I can go on and on but I will end it with a HUGE THANK YOU Gladys S. Dennard Library at South Fulton for always reaching for the CARING!...
