Amazing! I walked in at 7:30 PM on a Friday and was greeted at the reception desk with kindness and an ecstatic energy from the young lady there. She gave me all the information I needed. I’m not much of a smoker, but I wanted to check it out and enjoy my day off.
Oliver greeted me next, took care of me, and shared his knowledge about the products — he got me right! Then I made my way to the consumption lounge, and all I can say is amazing. Skye welcomed me in, gave me some information signed me in easily, and what blew my mind besides the high-quality products was the coffee stand. I ordered a vanilla iced latte, and the hospitality was top-tier.

To add to the frustration, my friend—who visited with me—received the first-time customer perks, while I did not receive the same consideration during my first visit.
