I'm really not one to leave a negative review unless the experience is horrible but this had to be hands-down the worst place I have ever stayed. I arrived late otherwise I would have gotten another room elsewhere that night but it was almost 1 AM. Our room smelled bitter and moldy, the floors were clearly not vacuumed there were crumbs all over. The sheets were stained yellow and black and had holes in them, there was hair on the pillowcases and sheets. We had a leak underneath our sink. The room was full of dust. Even the hallways in the hotel were dirty. We went to the front desk and were informed that there is no housekeeping overnight in the hotel was full and there was nobody available to clean the room and no one's available to switch so they gave us an extra set of sheets and we changed our bed ourselves. The next morning we went back down to the front desk since we had to be away all day and asked the front desk to please send someone up to clean the room because it was disgusting and he asked us if we just wanted the sheet changed or a full clean(if you have been reading this far you clearly know that that room needed a full clean). Again we come back late to our room only to find out not only had it not been cleaned, there had not been a single person in there the bed was still unmade. We go back that night to the front desk again to tell them the condition of our room showing them pictures, he says that he will leave a note for Management to get back to us and contact us (which has still not happened). The next morning again we go to the front desk to complain about the condition of our room and finally someone comes in that day to change our sheets, still did not vacuum And there was still a leak underneath the sink (which they use the same towel that we had placed underneath to help soak it up). The location was very convenient for the reason for our trip and had I had time I would have 100% stayed somewhere nearby and left La Quinta. Truly one of the most disgusting places I've ever been - stay...
Read moreThis was horrible. Me and my family were just trying to go on a weekend getaway and do something fun but everything sucked about this place. Let's start with the beds. When we first came in I usually like to check all the key areas for stains or any gross stuff and I immediately noticed that the bed had rips and tears, multiple stains and bug guts on them. And the fold out couch bed was extremely uncomfortable. And conveniently placed right next to a Dave and Buster's welcomed uncontrolled and wild children to freely roam and disturb everyone. Another thing is the upstairs neighbors were extremely, it sounded like a herd of elephant were stampeding around the tiny room for HOURS on end and when we told the front desk employee about our noisy neighbors they sounded clueless and were visibly panicking over something very minor just for it to stop for about 5 minutes only to get even louder and more disturbing, and through all the things, yes I we have tried to ignore and block out the noise but it doesn't really matter when the floors feel low quality and noisy. But maybe the amenities would be more promising. The pool itself was okay but there were multiple unsanitary things like used bandaids on the floor, people swimming in around with bloody tissues in their nose, people who would not stop sneezing in the water and many more. Back to the room though, there were dead flies on the windowsill, Fruit Flies swarming us when we ate dinner and other gross things, the bathroom was bad too, it looked like somebody poured acid in the bathtub. And we didn't even stay the night there because of the gross atmosphere and the constant noise we only stayed for 3 hours before refunding and going to a Hampton inn instead which was much better. and when we did go to refund our money the front desk lady had no idea what she was doing and didn't know how to refund. We will never go back to a Laquinta ever again, no matter if it's their standard or if we just got unlucky. I'm still contemplating if this is...
Read moreThe start with the food.. The eggs are awesome. I travel a lot by 11 11 1/2 months a year every year for work and these are the best eggs that I’ve ever had in my life in a hotel. The potatoes are home fries so that’s even better cause I’ve had mushy hashbrowns and every now and then they have bacon, which is really really good , it would be nice if they had lucky charms or raisin bran but that’s OK mostly lucky charms to see a few more pastries other than the cupcakes, but that’s OK The staff Awesome they take care of my room to check in awesome the lady that takes care of the food is awesome. Very friendly people. The only way that you’re gonna get it upset employees because you piss him off. …
The parking Parking great get there early. You can park out front but there’s enough room for everything.
Applebee’s right next-door McDonald’s is right next-door if you’re looking for milk or anything like that there’s a little grocery store that deals in bulk but they do have milk and a few other things in there should check it out. It’s pretty cool close by and convenient. …
Cameras all over place Don’t have to worry about car being broken into unless she leave stuff in the front seat that they can steal and they want to break into it, but I’ve yet to have anybody bother my vehicle …
The downside Once in a while, the elevator might go out because it does get a lot of use, especially with the kids going up and down to the pool or do you know how it goes only one elevator
That’s great they accept pets
They have a little convenient store in there, burritos, pot pies, little pizzas, sodas, odds, and ends
And they have a pool I haven’t been in it yet, but the kids say it’s great
Weight room and exercise area and that’s pretty nice....
