Goodwill — Attraction in Vermilion

one star for one simple reason.

the racks are so packed i cant actually shop for clothes.

ive never looked at the skirts, shorts, pants, or jackets. i occasionally look at shirts.

today was the first time i was able to look through the shirts. ALTHOUGH with the like eight people working their at one time.

the one rack i was physically able to shop at, there was a very nice lady filling it up to the brim with more clothes, too the point were i couldnt even find the stuff i was looking for 5 minutes prior.

because i wasnt physically able to find what i was looking for, because i couldnt actually look through the racks any longer.

you are literally losing money by keeping too much product...

My daughter and her friend went to the new location 9/22/24 at approx 3:45pm. A rude worker asked them how old they are, they told her 16, they were told to leave and that only people 18 and over are allowed to shop unless accompanied by a parent. I was looking forward to going to the new store myself, I won’t be going now and I will not support any of their stores. The store is filthy and the racks are so overstuffed that you cannot even look through them. I have never personally had any issues with the employees or manager, but have witnessed the manager being very rude and disrespectful to a customer when it was not needed. I definitely think this store has potential though. If the good merchandise would stop walking out the door with employees and with a deep clean, this place would definitely bring...
