UPDATE: Roy, the owner, was extremely responsive and re-did the haircut the next morning. He was incredibly kind, and I loved that he had a teacher's spirit with one of his guys, using the experience as a moment for growth. It was refreshing to see an owner like this, and this is definitely a place you should consider for your next cut.
Original post: Let me start by saying this place USED to be awesome. Now? Not so much. My partner and I went here on 05/26/22 so he could get a haircut. He's used this place several times before, but yesterday was awful and we will no longer use their services. The haircut was scheduled for 3:30. He didn't leave until 5:40. It took over 2 hours for him to get just a normal haircut. If that was it, I would give them the benefit of the doubt. However, this time the guy didn't do a good job either. I repeated that the cut was wrong and again his response was ok. No offer to fix the haircut or anything.
