My food was ordered and I was told that there would be a 15 min wait, after about that time I went to check on order and it was still being prepared ( no biggie), waited another 10-15 min and sent my son in and he was told after waiting an additional 10 min that they accidentally gave our food away. I went inside to see what was going on because we are now 40 min in waiting on one pizza to be made ( and the location was not busy at all during this time. I understand that doesnt take into account to go orders, onlines or call ins, but I did see several employees just standing around chatting). The young lady behind the counter was polite and said she was sorry that there was a mistake and our food was given to another customer. Shewas interrupted by another older gentlemen an employee also who started yelling "I ALREADY TOLD YOUR SON THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT YOUR ORDER, ITS BEING REMADE AND WE ALREADY SAID SORRY!" I was not at all being rude to the young lady so I am not sure why he proceeded to yell at me and put his hand up also in my face. I then asked to speak to a manager when the manager started to apologize and take care of the situation this employee began to approach us again raising his voice stating he did not yell at me. I warned him not to approach me any further and told the manager this was the same aggressive behavior he portrayed the first time as well. The manager had to tell him several times to please stop and to get back. To me any employee like this is a liability. I was told that I would be credited $10 to my account which was not taken care of and of course I didn't get the Managers name. Upon leaving this same employee was again being aggressive with a customer and the manager was called over to their table as well. I have used the other location in town with no issue whatsoever. I went to the counter and the clerk was polite and agreed she had put order n wrong. She went back and printed a new ticket. She brought my pizza and told me she had checked it and it was now correct. Silly me took her word. I got home and all they had done was use same pizza and put chicken and supreme veggies over the pepperoni. I paid almost 17.00 for a pizza that was wrong and friend could not eat.
