Staff needs trained and notified to tell others when you’re closing your shop early. I had called asking about pricing, details, store hours, if it was walk in or needed to be reserved. I was told that you didn’t do reservations. I asked if open today, this Saturday, was instructed the hours were 11am-7pm. We arrived at 3:36pm all to be told closing early for a birthday party. Today is my daughter’s birthday as well, and she this was her request. Go way to ruin a birthday 👎🏻. Plus we drive an hour to get...
