Walgreens — Local services in Vienna

The pharmacy emergency closed and they refuse to call the pharmacist to have my prescriptions transferred or just hand me my scripts. Completely unreasonable. Didn’t even raise my voice or curse and they’re snarky as can be and hunt down the cop in the store to stand there and tell me how absolutely useless they are. To make someone wait almost 20 hours for pain medicine after a surgery is ridiculous.they also had already filled it so they knew I was coming for it and don’t bother to give a heads up. The pharm tech was still there so not sure why she couldn’t have notified me sooner or given my the paper scripts. This short little girl with short black hair was incredibly rude and kept trying to escalate the situation. The manager was just as rude and then they bother the cop that’s shopping all because I was in pain after my surgery and panicking about not having pain medicine for 20 hours. Disgusting people with zero empathy. The tech was at least sincere and understood I was in pain. Finally went to get my pain meds this morning and thankfully the main was at least nice. This pharmacy has no work ethic you practically have to do the work for them by staying on top of your meds like when they were ordered etc. they don’t go out of their way to help in any form or fashion and could care less if you get your meds or not and how much you have to pay. They are rude and act like you are an inconvenience to them. Every month for the past several months they have messed up my medication and act like it kills them to have to fix it. A problem they cause. Pharmacist think they are God and can do what they want. I just want them to do their job. I gave them one star but they aren’t even worthy of that. We have had our records sent to another pharmacy where customers matter. Good riddance...

This Vienna location really is a bad pharmacy. Will only give you part of your prescription if they don't have the rest ready- But Won't Tell You. Nice surprise to discover when you get home that not everything's there. That's when you can even catch the pharmacy open, never know when it'll just be closed for the day. If theres a problem with insurance I've had them just cancel a prescription and not tell me. If I hadn't been checking online I'd not have known. Rest of the store is clean and decent although a bit pricey so that's why I gave 2 stars...
