Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Vienna

If I could give no stars I would. I’m not one to post reviews, but this experience definitely made me need to. I got food for me, my dad, and a helper. We got two 6pc chicken gravy baskets and 1 cheeseburger with fries. All of us had a drink. I order EXTRA gravy for one of the baskets. I wait over 20 minutes to get my food. Once I receive it I see in the bag and...... had a chicken gravy basket that had absolutely NO GRAVY, ice cold fries that were old and funky (that was all three orders of fried btw), and the “strips” were about the size of a nugget and there were 4 of them. In the other box only one gravy, and 4 strips!!! I call and tell them (politely, I’m not one to yell or be snotty) what was wrong with my order. They were very rude and said they’d need me to come down to make it at some point. Once arriving, I didn’t get it remade like promised and it was WRONG AGAIN!!!! This place is extremely dirty and unorganized! The staff is young (not that is necessarily bad) and can’t seem to handle knowing how to work at this place. I had a terrible experience. Avoid Vienna DQ at all cost if possible. Is an absolute waste of money and a joke. Make the trip to the DQ on Blizzard Drive. Trust me, you will be better off. Vienna is constantly a mess. They're always out of something or have a machine broke down. The staff are rude; thats both the ones "working" and the ones that stand in the doorway or kitchen area evil eyeing everyone. Todays trip was the final straw for us. With 2 cars in front of us, it took 19 minutes to get to order; during which 3 cars behind us in line left. After ordering, it took another 17 minutes before we made it to the window. After yet another wait, the worker attempted to hand me a very melted small blizzard. So melted that when he flipped it upside down....the top portion ended up on the ground. He proceeded to hand it to me anyways! He then produced an equally melted small sundae that he used several napkins on trying to wipe off all the melted ice cream all over the cup. We knew it could be another huge wait if we attempted to have them redo the order so...

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I just went through the drive thru and ordered 1 small blizzard. The person ahead of me ordered 1 blizzard and it took them a total of 20-25 minutes to get both of our orders which was 2 blizzards total between the both of us. By the time I got my blizzard, it was so runny I had to dump half of it out. I go back through the line to get a refund because at this point I had enough, I had to wait another 15-20 minutes to get my money back and I didn't get a sorry nor did they even ask me why I wanted a refund to try and fix the problem. When I asked for management, I got a horrible attitude from them as well. If I were to recommend a dairy queen in this area, go to 7th street. I should have known not to go to the vienna one, it is always something with them. Same management, but the two stores are ran completley...
