This location was on our list of historical places we wanted to visit during our trip to Yorktown.
We were extremely disappointed to find that the building was closed and there was nobody around to explain the location.
Since this location is an NPS site, it should be open.

Pretty incredible place to stand and take in the historical significance. The property is nice, lots of parking, small family cemetery worth looking at, sign in this particular location easy to read and informative.
