Subway — Restaurant in Gloucester Point

I have something to say about the young gentleman that works here just about every day it seems. I approached him with nothing but RESPECT. The other young lady was so sweet and willing, but he had the craziest attitude. And he was trying to make my sandwich so fast as if I was going to snatch it away from him before he could finish. Girl relax. And he wasn't even fitted. Like you get what, hundreds of costumers a day, you're the only fast-food place (that I know of) on this base and you're basically a celebrity there because everyone will go there and see your face. But you have the audacity to show up to this job like your mom still lays your clothes out for you. As far as I know the top of the hats have holes in them but his doesn't, wouldn't be surprised if he's hiding a rat underneath it. what is going ON? IDK if he was coked...

Health Violations, Terrible Service, And Ripping People Off

I go in and get my sandwich, and find that the older gentleman who I think's the manager is putting veggies on my food. As we go to pay I hand a $50 bill (while he's wearing his gloves mind you) because that's all I have, and he almost gives me too little change by $10, luckily I caught it. Then, as I get my food, receipt, and change, I see him start the next order with the same gloves! Absolutely disgusting and a health violation, I can't imagine how many other unfortunate customers experienced this without even knowing. I wonder if their employees are doing the exact same thing! Also, while I'm walking to my room I look at my receipt and notice the sandwich I ordered is priced wrong according to the menu! This is absurd, I never want to come...

This location is on the Yorktown training facility in a building near the water and shares the building with the Exchange. The space was clean with about 8 booths and room to walk around. You order at the end of the counter nearest the door and (as with all subways) proceed down the line as they prepare your food to your liking. The staff was pleasant and efficient.
