Went through OCS here in 1972, class 1-73. Last class that was all men candidates. A training that gave lessons that have lasted a lifetime. Would not trade the experience for anything. The place is full of nice memories for me, mostly about my classmates and officers that I knew...

Was at Yorktown training center for MK A and C schools from 76 on had a great time and ALL the staff were great. Loved the season tickets for Busch gardens for $12 and took advantage of it for the 78 opening of the Locke Ness monster. Very fond memories. Attended many...

I went thru MK "A" school there in 1980. Lots of snow, (the 100 year storm hit while I was there), there was close to 4' of snow on base, it sure was pretty coming...
