Took my five boys (ages 4-11) on Saturday 8/31. They absolutely loved it. We arrived at 3:45 to sign the waivers and get the last call discount (40% off is a big deal with five kids). The waiver was awesome too: list my kids' names and ages and sign--it took two minutes! It wasn't super crowded, in fact my 4yo was the only kid in 4-6 age group. He did the urban challenge course and then played on the net trampoline by himself for about an hour. There were about 30 climbers on the 7+ courses. The safety rules and features are really solid, and the staff are aware, helpful and friendly while they enforce the rules. My 7yo was almost too small for the big course, and my only suggestion would be an overlap between the 4-6 courses and 7+ courses for kids within height/weight limits. My older three were unstoppable though. End of the day, I had five votes for a return trip, and it was voted over trampoline parks or rock climbing gyms by all the kids. So we'll be going back I'm sure.

Staff was very friendly and warming. Made us feel really welcomed! Did a great job explaining the rules and expectations. Some of the courses where more like obstacles with short zip-lines while there was one course in particular that was all zip lining with a few posts in between. Overall we really had a great time! I would definitely recommend to friends and like to return myself!

Great time..again! Took my g daughters back after 5 years. They have, of course, advanced to the bigger courses. The staff were fantastic! I forgot my years, and they were right there to help.

Absolutely amazing. We have a family of 7 from age 4 to 40+ and everyone was able to participate. We have one family member with learning disabilities and the staff was so kind and patient teaching him how to do the ropes course, that by the end he was doing everything independently. One of my daughters had a panic attack on a zipline and one of the staff came and helped her through the rest of the course, which helped her feel successful and helped her want to keep trying new courses. The staff was always available, encouraging and checking for safety throughout our time there. From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch and we felt like we were more with family than we were customers. All 7 of us ended up having a wonderful time, despite our fears of heights, and we can't wait to come back. Thank you for making this such a memorable experience! Also, we brought our dog with us on a leash and it was fine. Also if you have a 4 to 6 year old, just know someone needs to be with them while they do their ropes courses. We just traded off and that person held on to...

Very enjoyable ropes courses and ziplines. Ages 7+ can do the ropes courses. Ages 4-6 are restricted to a mini obstacle course and trampoline net suspended between trees. It's set up well, with the option to do the courses (4 of them) in order or as you like. They ascend from level 1, 2a, 2b, and 3. We never had to wait either for a course or while on any of the courses. Level 3 is mainly ziplines and lots of fun for all ages. There are also "monkey climbs" - rock climbing holds on three tall trees at various levels. You can go as many times as you like in the time allotted (2.5 hrs). My main complaint is that for adults doing the course, the safety wire you are attached to is constantly at shoulder, chest, or waist level, making it difficult to do the obstacles freely or at all without being scraped by the wire. I realize that to put it higher would make the transitions difficult if not impossible for all ages and heights, but it might be worth considering in the future for a harder...
