Lake Quannapowitt — Attraction in Wakefield

Lake Quannapowitt in Wakefield, Massachusetts is one of my favorite places to visit, especially for its scenic beauty, peaceful atmosphere, recreational activities and beautiful sunsets. Most visitors often praise the lake for its clean surroundings, beautiful walking trails, and opportunities for fishing, kayaking, kids playground and picnicking, and they also have Saturday Farmers market throughout the summer months and don’t miss the absolute best small town Fourth of July Fireworks display in Massachusetts aside from Boston.

September is beautiful time of the year to do walk around this lake. The lake path is 3.2 miles around in distance when measured through phone app. The lake has some good eating options like Gingerbread, Cumberland and Honey Dew coffee shops in the north corner . It has 2 major playgrounds one in upper common and other in lower common areas. I saw kayaks and boat on the lake too.
