Honey Dew Donuts — Restaurant in Wakefield

I walked in and it was dead. The employees were talking among themselves. I wasn't even acknowledged or greeted when I walked up to the counter. I had ordered online using their app, which is very difficult to use. The app said my order would be done in 20 minutes when it was done in 2 minutes. I ordered a medium ice coffee with extra cream and light ice, salted caramel flavor. The ice coffee was too dark as well as the salted caramel stuck to the bottom of the cup. I had ordered a toasted french toast bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was barely toasted at all. I sat down to eat my bagel and that's when it started to pick up and get busy. After this horrible experience, I will be going back to Dunkin Donuts. I noticed that Honey Dew is more expensive than Dunkins and they charge for every little thing. I online ordered a lemonade with boba. I got to the building 15 minutes later and first, they didn’t have my order ready, and the staff acted like they didn’t understand how to use the online ordering system. Then, they told me that they couldn’t even make my drink because they had no boba. I politely asked for my money back since they couldn’t make my drink, and they refused to give me my money back despite me having a digital receipt. They just shook their heads and said no when I asked for a refund. I have never posted a bad review before in my life, but I hope those two staff know they just essential stole $6 from me, as well as ruining my day....

After a big stroll around the Pond, we thought a quick delicious treat was deserved so we popped into this location for some sweetness. Line wasn't too bad but the service was slow for a Sunday afternoon, so we waited about 5 minutes for it to clear up. We ordered 2 donuts and went on our way, but upon opening the bag to see what was given, one was completely different.
