ClubAir — Attraction in Warren Township

We recently just had a joint private event birthday party at ClubAir … and it was exceptional! The staff was so on top of everything from helping us unpack our cars, to helping with the decorations, consistently seeking us throughout the party to make sure everything was perfect. When we walked in our tables were already set with plates, table clothes, etc … making it so easy to add our own decor to it as well. They managed serving guests pizza, the clean up and switch over to cake and were ready in a moments notice to grab anything we may have needed. They took pictures throughout the event as well. There was staff at each course so no child got injured … and they were so accommodating with anything we needed. At the end of the party, they helped take all the decorations down, clean up and pack our cars back up. They truly made the event so beyond enjoyable for even us parents as they took control of a lot of it. The staff was so beyond friendly, approachable and all with a can-do positive attitude! It was a pleasure working with Dan to secure the party and details to the party as well as Natalie and her staff during the party. This place is awful! We had my sons birthday party there recently and the LOST ALL HIS GIFTS!! We tried talking to the manger and yes after a few days of going back and forth she got 7 out of 24 gifts which were opened because they gave my sons gifts to another party. I kept asking the manger Rebecca what are they going to do for us losing all the gifts, all we got back from them was a $20 and a candle. We spend $1200 there and they slapped us in the face with a $20 bill and a candle. I kept asking for a refund at this point but she kept telling me the owner is out of the country but he’s aware of the situation. So the owner knows what happened and it’s been 2 weeks and he still can’t give us an answer as to refund them or no don’t refund them. The place itself was so disorganized as soon as we walked in but we still said nope it’s ok they are busy and tipped pretty well. But losing a 6 year old child’s gifts is unacceptable! Have been here multiple times for my kids friends birthday parties. Always a great experience. Nice, clean, fun environment. Clean bathrooms (some places have extremely unkept bathrooms). Staff is very helpful. Also had my daughters 6th birthday party here and it was great as well. The employees set the party room up, had a bin for guests to put their gifts in. Led guests to the correct room. I just brought my own balloons and cake, they provided beverages and I opted to have their gift/party favor bags. (Want to note that they offer different birthday party packages, sochopefully something to suit everyone's specific needs.) After the birthday party, they clean it all up for you. Very efficient.
