AWFUL PLACE. Do NOT shop here. Extremely rude staff. Was told that they would not hold an item for me. Told them I would be in first thing in the morning to pick it up. Checked online to make sure item was in stock. As soon as I saw it was still available, I arrived as soon as they opened in the morning. I found the item, politely told them we were messaging on Facebook market place. I was then told that they had someone who was interested on their way to look at the same item and that they were holding it for them instead, despite the fact that their policy is they don’t hold anything for anyone. They let a paying customer who was willing to spend hundreds of dollars walk out their door because they did not keep their word or stay true to their policy they advertise. Save yourself time, money, and aggravation and STAY AWAY...

I had an entire house of furniture to sell and outdoor furniture due to the fact I was downsizing to an Apt !! If it wasn't for East bay Consignment with the great help of Ruth and Kirk I could have never done it in time!!! They are great people and are very trust worthy!!! They sold everything!!!
