I am writing in regards to your location in 609 Metacom Ave, Warren, RI 02885. I am not only a customer but a delivery person. I have frequented this location a large number of times and I want to make you aware of the amazing manager you have at this location. I witnessed her praise her staff and kept them completely calm during a very fast, peak time of the evening. With every burger that came out. Every cup handed to her. It was absolutely unbelievable how important she made each and every staff member feel. The smiles on their faces told a story. I am almost 50 years old and I have frequented many establishments over the years. I have never seen or heard anything like this in my life and I know how it is to be an employee and be praised for your hard work. Sometimes it means a lot more than the paycheck they receive. I stopped in and Ashely was so pleasant, she took initiative and made good on my previous order. She takes PRIDE in customer satisfaction and that is EXTREMELY HARD to find these days in general especially from young people. She belongs in hospitality and business management etc! I've been a nursing director for 20+ years so I know service. I would love to have her as an employee! BOTH are an asset! These types of employees need to be acknowledged more and valued. Read moreThe friendliest staff of any Burger King I have been to. Which pains me to leave a negative review for, as I value that the most. However for some reason they just can't seem to get custom mobile orders right. No exaggeration, every single mobile order I have place in the last few months (6) was missing something or some other issue. My most recent order I changed the default sauce from ranch to sweet & sour. Then added, and paid for, an additional zesty sauce. In my bag was 1 buffalo sauce packet. What? The correct order was on the receipt in the bag so I guess it was just ignored? They also kept the tomatoes and didn't add mustard as I specified.
