We booked a birthday party here recently (April 2023) for convenience and to lessen our workload/planning responsibilities during a busy time for us in our lives. When we called to book it, they did not honor the costs and details on the web site. They said they were in the process of changing each package, yet hadn't changed it online yet. This was disappointing, as we ended up having to purchase the higher package, which was $500!
The higher package included a mascot appearance, well, it was for (no kidding) 2 minutes! They came in, and asked if anyone wanted a photo, a couple kids stood up, got their picture taken. Another kid was waiting to get their picture taken and they escorted the mascot out without taking a photo with all of the kids that wanted it. A parent had to follow the mascot out to have them take a photo outside the room. With small kids, they didn't give them the opportunity to really speak up or take the time to get all of the photos. According to the web site, the mascot appearance is worth $30 -- definitely NOT worth it for 2 minutes, feeling rushed, and minimal interaction (I know the mascot isn't able to speak).
We were also supposed to have a party host. While Katie was assigned to us, she was also assigned to other parties. She helped set the room up, and served 1 round of pizza/drinks, then left. She had forewarned me that she was going to have to leave 15 minutes BEFORE our party ended to help another party, yet she left 15 minutes AFTER it STARTED. She came back a couple times to see if we were okay, yet I felt like I was the one replenishing plates and cups with pizza and drinks, which is not what I feel like we paid for. Again, definitely not what was expected.
It was nice not having to do a lot, having the pizza's and beverages up in the room. I also appreciated that she set up the tables long ways, so it was one long table, rather than separated tables.
The kids had a blast, hence the 3 stars. Yet, I do not feel you get what you pay for, especially with the mascot appearance and the party host. These two components were well under...
Read moreFun filled adventure at rockin jump! My family recently visited Rockin' Jump for a day of bouncing fun, and I have nothing but praise for this fantastic venue. From start to finish, our experience was filled with laughter, excitement, and unforgettable memories. Rockin' Jump truly deserves every bit of the 5-star rating!
The first thing that impressed us was the cleanliness and safety measures in place. The facility was immaculate, and the staff ensured that all equipment and surfaces were well-maintained and sanitized. We felt confident and at ease knowing that our kids could enjoy themselves in a clean and safe environment.
The variety of attractions at Rockin' Jump was outstanding. From trampolines to foam pits, climbing walls, and even a challenging ninja course, there was something for everyone, regardless of age or skill level. Our kids had an absolute blast exploring each activity, and their smiles and laughter were contagious.
The staff at Rockin' Jump were exceptional. They were attentive, friendly. They provided clear instructions on safety guidelines and ensured that everyone had a great time while maintaining a safe environment. Their energy and positivity added to the overall experience and made our visit even more enjoyable.
The overall organization and flow of the facility were excellent. Despite the popularity of the venue, we never felt overcrowded or rushed. The spacious layout and thoughtful design made it easy to navigate between attractions, and we were able to make the most of our time without feeling overwhelmed by crowds.
I recommend Rockin' Jump for anyone looking for an exhilarating and enjoyable experience for their kids. With its clean and safe environment, diverse attractions, friendly staff, and attention to detail, Rockin' Jump exceeded our expectations and provided an unforgettable adventure. We will definitely be returning for more bouncing fun in the future. Thank you, Rockin' Jump, for an amazing day...
Read moreOverall the facility is fun for kids. Lots of fun options and activities. I don't normally write bad reviews but there was a serious lack of management and direction. We went during Dublin spring break so I understand the hardship in having enough staff and that there are a lot of people there but it was just a mess from a managerial view. While there, I asked a staff member if the rock wall was open, I asked 3 different staff members and they all said if you can find someone to do it it is, go find someone in a gray shirt that says staff and ask. I finally got to one staff member who maybe was a manager or at least managing that day, he shouted over to another staff member at the counter if the Rock wall was open and she said that x employee who just walked in could do it. He responded that the x employee had to to consessons . They basically argued and then he just left. No word to me, a customer , who had patiently and nicely asked. It would have been fine if he had turned to me and said something along the lines of "I apologize the Rock wall is not open at the moment". But no he walked away. They were very understaffed and no one seems to be in charge. All the young workers were trying to do their jobs but seriously lacked any type of management or guidence on what to do. I would not let my kids work here or play here. I understand being busy and struggling. I have worked as a manager at a trampoline park. But this was ridiculous. It felt like no one knew who was in charge or what to do or who to ask. I could tell most of the young employees were trying their best but no chain of command or leadership made their job that much harder. It's just a bad accident and lawsuit waiting to happen unfortunately. The young staff could use some guidence. They seem kind and sole looked just as confused as I was about who...
