If you know my reviews you'll know I never give 5stars unless it's absolutely perfect which is hard to attain. People don't pay attention to their surroundings nor do they give detailed reviews to justify their rating which means they don't really care to take the time & actually give effort to make this world a better place. I added a picture of a nearby pond with cute ducks. The ducks (location) are the only real reason to visit this hotel : but, DON'T STAY HERE! (Pic of ducks across st - 12.30.24)
Horrible luggage carts (the triangle ones, not a REAL full cart), handicapped rm (223) is only handicapped in the foyer & bathroom - NOT accessible in the BedRoom areas - especially if you have a wheelchair or walker! Caregivers will have a HORRIBLE issue w helping their patient!
No lunch available at hotel restaurant.
Sidewalk doesn't extend all the way to the corner, so you have to walk through the mud.
The rm is DREADFUL. It's a BLOOD RED color. Absolutely vomit-inducing.
Pros: a tree out the Window that had a playful squirrel
Never staying here again!
The other pictures (screenshots) are NOT from this specific hotel's Representatives, but an agent from corporate Hilton. I had to contact Hilton corp to check out because apparently the staff lady we spoke with didn't complete the task of checking us out!
So, I could make the case this HGI hotel in C-bus / Dublin was also trying to commit fraud - if we hadn't caught it!
I really do believe Hilton isn't keeping up with responsiveness & intuitive needs for guests. We've stayed in MANY Hilton hotels across the country & while we understand these businesses take the Hilton name & slap it on their facility, many of the hotels don't understand what quality service & real hospitality genuinely is.
Hence, my interaction with "Jesse" on Monday, Dec 30, 2024 @ 840pEST.
You can clearly see Hilton corp agent "Jesse" either doesn't understand how check outs work or wants to commit fraud! FRAUD!!!
Then has the nerve to fight with us about it!
I haven't gotten around to it yet, as we've been traveling from E coast to W coast & have been busy, but I'll be reporting "Jesse" to corporate as soon as I can!
Also, somebody's noodle wasn't on correctly, Jesse: "were you just needing a late checkout for today?" - despite the fact I already said I ALREADY CHECKED OUT! Reading skills much!?

Read moreI will start by saying that this was a completely unplanned trip and that my hotel decision was made for me. One of my friends had already booked here and I decided at the last minute to join her on a weekend getaway. I booked my room online, very easy process. Drove the 1.5 hours to the hotel, and was greeted at 10:30pm with a well lit and lively lobby, and a very upbeat and professional front desk clerk. I was also delighted to see that they serve dinner and have a decent bar. Checking in was incredibly quick and informative, and we made our way up to our room. I was happy to see that our room was spacious, the king bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything worked as it should. Our bathroom was also immaculate and very spacious (I believe we had booked an accessible room on accident). Although the hotel was fully booked, the staff was incredibly friendly and very personable. I cannot say enough about that! There was a parade going on and the staff had maps ready for the guests to be able to get around the street closings. They were more than happy to help with any questions. There was a couple on my floor who had clearly had too much to drink and possibly some serious relationship issues. They started yelling and screaming at eachother in the hallway while I was asleep, which woke me up. I called the front desk, and the issue was resolved. On top of that, I also received a discount for my "trouble", although I hadn't complained, simply made them aware of the issue. I checked out on a Sunday morning. Spent some time around the city, and was all set to head home. Until I realized I didn't want to end my vacation yet. And it wasnt because of the activities we did out and about, it was because of how comfortable I felt at this hotel! So we actually went back and booked another room to extend our stay :-D Took a dip in the very clean pool and relaxed in the hot tub for far too long. Read moreThe location is nice Bambi checked us in fast and was very friendly. HOWEVER we had serveral problems with the staff that evening while I was in the shower I received a call stating the alarm was going off news to me my room was silent Justin at the front desk insisted he had to check the room because of smoke and the fire department would be coming soon.when several minutes went by I called and prompted them to come quickly because I was confused about what was going on he came to the room to check if anybody was smoking in the room and insinuating a vape could trigger the alarm that wasn’t going off in room but only at the front desk he checked everything was okay and left . I called to ask if there was a matenence issue that needed to be addressed I did not want to sleep in the room with broken smoke detectors he moved us to another room a that happened to be a handicap room like the one we originally checked in. We moved hoping that would fix the problem I got the manager info and attempted to rest the next morning I was awakened by the front desk “checking on the smoke alarm going of in the front and again no alarm noise in my new room. I explained to the Charles Stewart the general manager this keeps happening and wanted to know the real reason for the disruption he inferred the smoke detectors were tampered with but that wasn’t the case also stating I had devices that were smoking also not true I made sure to let him in to check the room a detectors and he didn’t have a real answer for me i then realized I was being targeted by these individuals because I was black and young they had no reason to assume I was smoking and had no explanation for why the misterious smoke detectors work .
