The original gravesite of famed frontiersman, Daniel Boone and his wife Rebecca in the Old Bryan Cemetery near Marthasville, MO in southern Warren County. He died not far from here in his son's home in Defiance and the home there is a great home of the era. Daniel Boone and his wife were removed from this spot in 1845 and reburied in Frankfort, KY. HIs daughter Jemima and her husband are still buried here. The farm next to the site has an old schoolhouse on the hill and a teepee. To get to it is a drive and when you get there a little bit of a walk up steps. You must be watching for the sign, good bet to Google Map...
