Dawson Park — Attraction in Washington

Openly spacious, full of toys, opportunity and nature with plenty of far apart spaced benches and picnic tables and well managed grass. Clearly posted rules and warnings for distancing in place. My family had a blast in the evening when it was a bit cooler. Some of the slides are a bit steep and my daughter more so rolled down it than slid (no injury sustained) but other than that is family friendly, maintained...

Great park with lots of space for all. There are multiple volleyball nets, 3 pickle-ball courts, 2 tennis courts, soccer field, basketball court, and a few other recreational areas. They also offer equipment (balls etc…) during open hours. We enjoyed the well maintained playground and sandbox for the children. We came for the first time for the Dog Park and it is excellent! Clean with friendly socialized pups and humans that clearly clean up behind their charges. Two (2) nice benches for the humans, water spigot and bowl available, tree area with shade, trash can and poop bags right outside the gate. I took one star off for size but I understand there isn't need for a larger park...
