I observed the lead hostess Alisha treat a mother/daughter duo pretty badly. They had had quit a stressful day, I chatted with them in the parking lot. They came to the area hoping from some relief. I think any business that's selling a product to customers should maintain the highest level of compassion and empathy. The attitude she chose to have made me cringe. The hostess had zero empathy. Not a good look. She told them she was "unbothered" by their issue and had a pretty snide smile. I noticed she sat down with friends and the entire group laughed, gave off bully vibes. Every room inside and every spot outside is set up to be super comfortable, with stunning lake views from all angles. You don’t see the road or houses below—just the water and hills, which makes it feel private and peaceful.
The service was honestly perfect. They treat you like you matter, but it never feels snooty or overly polished. Just genuinely kind, attentive people who know their wine. Speaking of, the wines were all really solid. Not a single one I didn’t like.
