This was our first time booking with Lakeside Limo and unfortunately, our experience with the company and the owner, Karrie, could not have been worse.
We had booked a limo/party bus for an event on 8/16/25. We received a confirmation email weeks before, but on the day of the event, no one showed up. After 15 minutes, we called to see where our driver was only to be told we weren't on the schedule and that they had no driver or limo for us. We shared our confirmation email with Karrie, only to be told we had cancelled the same day we booked the tour. Why on earth would we cancel right after booking? We then asked Karrie for proof of the cancellation, but she could not come up with it. She then proceeded to place the blame on us. Talk about customer service!

   Read moreThe limo was fine but if you are doing the Gold package with a wine tour the only thing included in the $85 per person is the limo. You still have to pay $5-$20 per winery for a tasting fee and lunch isn’t included. Definitely a rip off if they advertise it as a wine tour and it’s just a limo driving you around. All inclusive is the way to go so don’t choose them for a “wine tour”
Also whoever is in charge of communication is terrible. The day of our tour we hadn’t had a conformation of where we were going to get picked up an hour before our scheduled time of pickup.
We got to our second winery where we were supposed to eat lunch but the kitchen was closed and they had stopped seating 15 minutes after we got there. The restaurant also didn’t seat party’s over 6 so our party of 11 wasn’t even able to be seated. These are all things that the person scheduling our “tour”...

When I called Karrie, the owner, she insisted that I had cancelled the booking the same day I made it. I forwarded her the full email chain including my confirmation, but she still claimed she had “evidence” that I cancelled. I politely asked her to send me that evidence, but I never received anything back. Not only did the service completely fail to show up, but Karrie was also rude over the phone and tried to shift the blame onto me instead of taking responsibility.
