We have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years and it's sad to say we will no longer. We just stayed in room 354 of Tower 2 and the bed is so saggy it's like sleeping in a trough. We stayed two nights and my back is absolutely killing me. 8 out of 10 times we try to stay in Tower one in the two room suite 328 or 306 that has two bathrooms. Also Tower one is the closest to the casino as my wife is mobility impaired it's necessary to be closer. In the last 4 months it's impossible to get the two room suites in Tower one due to the fact you now have to be a high roller and require a Casino Host to block the room for you. We have spent thousands of dollars in all the years and it's shameful that normal people can no longer enjoy a room like that because we don't spend tens of thousands of dollars. To a lesser degree but still adds insult to injury is that the drink pours are very light. I guess a 1/4 ounce is considered a full shot. I don't mind paying for a cocktail as long as I get what I paid for. I understand the food portions have gone smaller while the prices have gotten larger. I guess that's covid's fault also. That's okay it's not really a big deal. My wife and I used to come for bingo and spend two nights she would spend quite a bit at Bingo and at the slots. The service is always been good and we always appreciate and tip the staff as they do work very hard. I've never really had an issue with the food in any of the eating establishments. It's always been good and exceptionally in the Seafood bar. The new sports bar is nice but I do miss the roulette table as I did spend a lot. It also seems like the players card if you don't use it for a month you lose all the points. I guess we will be taking our business over to Lucky Eagle. I'll really miss the Cigar Bar as twice a year I would meet friends during a weekend stay and enjoy a good cigar and good scotch.

I have been coming here to stay for about 4 years now due to work, and I do have to say that this is one of the most reasonably priced, and well kept hotels I have seen in my travels. What has been interesting is the amazing upgrades to everything since COVID. Three new additional food establishments, a new coffee stand, and now the update of the Starlight sports bar. Everything has improved since I started coming here. And most importantly, customer service: I came once, and noticed the fire doors had for wedges to hold them open. I went down to the staff, and noticed their fire alarm had been in a fault. I mentioned the extreme safety hazard, and by the next day, they had worked to get an emergency call out to repair the system. More recently, I came to check in on a busy week, swearing that I had a reservation... I did not. They found a room, and were more than accommodating to either my fault or theirs. Tammy deserves a raise. The one thing I would love to fix is the points, let me get points for booking a hotel. I don't gamble, but stay here often, it would be nice to get some kind of benefit.

This is actually a fun casino! They have a free soda bar (with coke products, thankfully- I'm sick of Poopsie), lots of slot machines, and it is quite large! They have a couple restaurants inside, but I recommend going to the cafe since the actual restaurant is EXPENSIVE. The cafe is also kind of overpriced for the deli food that it is, but it's not bad by any means. It was like $15 for some chicken strips and a side. The mozzarella bites were pretty good! The macaroni and cheese was not that good, and the fries had been under the heating lamp for a while. The fries chicken and rotisserie chicken looked small, so I went with the strips- not a mistake because those were made fresh. The burger looked pretty good, too! Make sure you sign up and get your promo free play. It depends on what you win on your spin. 2/3 of our group got $10 free play, and I got $25. So not bad!

This was our 2nd stay and we will not be going back. This was for our wedding anniversary and from start to finish our stay was not great. We got there around 2pm to see about an early check in. They stated that the room was not ready and that we will get a text once it was. 4:20pmish came around (check in is 4pm) still no text. So we just went back up and checked in. We got the Stay & Spa package which came with credits/coupons. The lady that checked us in never mentioned anything about them to us and just tried to send us on our way. I had to ask about them and it took 3 people to get them for us, seemed like they don’t have good knowledge about their own packages. When we finally got to the room, we were highly disappointed. We were put in tower 2 and the whole hall way was full of stains in the carpet and honestly felt more like a motel then a hotel/resort. For paying almost $600 for two nights, we expected better. The room felt very neglected and the furniture was in need of repair or replacement. Our package also included a wine and cheese tray which was not there when we checked in. When we called down, they told us it would be up at 7pm. We got back from dinner around 7:40pm and it still wasn’t there, so we went to the casino. When we finally turned in for the night around 10:15pmish it was finally there but the fruit was half frozen. On top of all the the bed was hard as a rock. My husband who can sleep anywhere, wasn’t even about to sleep on it. The maid service left something to be desired as well. They didn’t take away the tray and dishes from the cheese tray, didn’t do up the bed. All they really did was add new towels and only took SOME of the used ones.

Now to the restaurant service!! We literally had issues very time we went to eat. We went to the “new” starlight lounge twice. Once for lunch, the food was ok, my salmon so lightly over cooked but good. The service however was horrible. It took almost 20-30 mins for our server to come take our order and they weren’t busy. There were other tables with others servers that came in after us and had their food and was half way done before we got ours. The 2nd time was for dinner and we waited 1 1/2 hours to get our food. We both order steaks, one filet mon, medium and one ribeye medium rare. BOTH came out medium-well too well! When we told the server he took it back to the kitchen and the cooks stated it was cooked correctly!!! At this point we were starving and so we just ate what we could of the steaks and we were not offered any sort of discount!! We went to the Island Grille 3 times once for Dinner which was the only time we had a good experience. 2 times for breakfast. The first time there was no issue with the food but the service was horrible we sat there for 15- 20 mins and no one came to take our order, we had to ask someone to take our order and it still took another 10 mins for our server to come and take our order. The next morning the service was faster, HOWEVER!!! I am allergic to pork and they offer ZERO pork free options, IE turkey bacon, turkey or chicken sausage or impossible meat. So I ordered the traditional breakfast and asked to sub the pork for one extra egg and to sub hashbrowns for fruit. I was NEVER told they don’t do substitutes. My $9.50 breakfast turned in to $9.50 for 2 eggs and toast, plus $2 for one egg and $4 for a small cup of fruit!!!!! Then on top of that it took even longer to pay! The server never came to give us our check. We had to ask someone for it and still didn’t get it! We finally just went up to the front and then there was an issue with our check and they “couldn’t find it” the server finally came up and said it’s $19.76 did we have cash, we can just leave the cash and go ?!?!? We said no it’s card. When we finally got our check it was $28!! And that’s when we were told we don’t sub items! We almost walked out with our paying. Needless to say we will never...

We booked a suite with a Jacuzzi in the room. My husband & I were very pleased with how nice it looked when we saw the pictures of the suite online Clearly, that was not the hotel suite that we were put in. The pictures show a glass partition that you can close for the jetted tub but for the room we were in, there was a wood partition that didn't stay closed all the way & looked to be very old. I would have been more understanding if this was a regular room but this room was over $200 a nigh! I feel that it should have been well maintained & clean. Not only was it not vacuumed & had crumbs all over.We also could see a good amount of mold in both the shower & around the tub. By the time we realized it we were to tired to request another room or have them come up to clean that one. We planned to stay another night in a regular room since the reservations for the suite were all booked for the 2nd nigh we were there. We woke up in the morning to call the desk to request 30 extra minutes to check out. We were told "no we don't have anymore spots for late checkouts." I was a little annoyed with that but I did my best to just brush it off so that my husband & I could have a fun kid free day at the casino. At the desk to checkout I let the young lady know about the issues with the room & I felt like she could care less. She said "Oh ok I will make sure they clean it properly for the next guest." Between the dirty room & the way we were treated pertaining to our stay, We will likely not be back again. I did give 2 stars. I feel that is fair bc we did have a good time in the casino & restaurant there. I would love to give a shout out to Julie who was the dealer at the $15 minimum card table that my husband played on for several hours last Friday night. My husband & I really loved her bubbly outgoing personality & great sense of humor! She really went above & beyond to make sure our experience in the casino...

Update, Derick from Little Creek reached out and went out of his way to make things right. I appreciate the opportunity to stay another time at Little Creek where I had a completely different experience with a wonderful, clean room and each staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful and hospitable. My experience has ensured that I plan to return to Little Creek for more stays. Thank you for showing that you care and that my previous experience is not the norm.

It took me a couple days to post this because I wanted a chance to be direct without coming across angry. I was told I would be contacted by management and I wasn't so here goes. I booked a package with spa and hotel stay. The spa only had services available that day pre check in time. I mentioned that I could not book the spa services if I wasn't able to have early check in for the same time my spa services would start, I have a terminally ill spouse whom I cant leave alone. I didnt want to have to get a massage and then leave the hotel to go get my spouse after and return for the hotel stay. I was over promised and under served. I spent almost 800$ for 1 day and night there and lost hours of hotel stay, didn't get the services I booked with the spa, and ended up more stressed out then when I got there. I want to cry and feel sorry for myself, but what good will that do? I was trying to give myself and my spouse a relaxing time away while we deal with some hard stuff every day and we got none of that with this experience. I could elaborate but when I shared my frustrations with staff, many did not have much to say. I will say that the massuse and the front desk lady at the spa were the only positive experience I had that day, and the staff at the food court and restaurant gave me the impression that those departments have it figured out when it comes to exceptional service, thats why I gave it 2 stars, they kept it...
