Good news they are building another casino nearby because this one should be shut down, its a scam and really poorly run. Don't go during special events if you want to gamble, it's worse than you can imagine.

They added all this security but irs unstaffed and now there's a 15 minute wait to get in.

I hate myself every time I leave here and most people I talk to feel the same don't believe the lies they pay for on here. This place is a strait scam, not a legitimate casino.

New restaurants that STILL dont tell you whats in the food. They dont listen.

Worst local casino. Paid reviews and lies, this place is tight and crappy. Service is terrible still.

20 minutes to get in, 20 to get out, 20 to reset my pin. ATMs down, out of gifts, this is how they treat the VIPs. This is honestly the worst casino. Service, food, odds, security, this place should be boycotted and investigated. Everything's broken! Lines are out of control, wait more than you play.

No service, 1 bartender? This place sucks so bad.

I am sure they buy fake reviews because no one I talk to wins, likes the food, is treated well, or gets decent perks. It sucks getting in and out and all the special events are just traps.

I live really close and just really wish I could get an hour or two of fun out of a few hundred dollars but you can't. My girlfriend and I always regret this casino.

Worth trip to EQC or Shelton, Little Creek.

Ever since the hack that they probably leaked our data, they have been even tighter. Even cut down free play. I hate myself for continuing to show up, even for free money.

Don't come on special nights. 1000 lasted us 90 minutes at 1.20. You cannot get service. It takes longer to get in than to lose your money. Seriously this place is garbage.

Terrible service at the "sports lounge." This place really just sucks.

Warning: they punish you for bad reviews in free play and stuff. Shady place Worst super bowl betting experience. Sportsbook wouldnt let me make 5$ bets. Had to do 1.40. The sportsbook is regressing further. Doesn't seem like they are trying. Less kiosks and cash out sucks at the keno desk. I wish they made an effort. Also thr light is messed up and it takes me almost 20 min to drive out.

Quarterly update, still trash. Machines might be worse. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Came back a year later it still sucks. Just to set the record straight. I've been going to the RedWind for over 6 years and I have my pro's and cons. But also want to address some people writing bad reviews based on losing or the machines being tight. Pre-Covid I used to get jackpots 1-3 times per day playing $5 bets as did lots of other people. After Covid you'll be lucky to pick the right machine and work your way up without hitting a jackpot. I've always won $$ but the trick is knowing when to quit. And just so you all know how tribal casinos work. The Casinos don't own the slot machines or determine when to pay out. The Slot manufactures (IGT, Aristocrat, Bally, ect) lease the machines and the space at the casino and control the payout. The casinos actually like it when people win because it brings more people. We should be complaining about the slot manufactures making it harder and harder for people to win anymore. As for Pro's, The food is good, lots of free soda and coffee areas are nearby. Parking isn't bad, and there are always lots of servers ready to take care of you.

Now here come the con's. And this is based on my 6 years experience. As soon as you enter the door waiting in line for the ID check can be annoying, But at the same time it has also gotten rid of a lot of tweakers that used to beg for money which I hated. Slots are tight now (Explained above). Not enough restrooms in the smoking area, There are 4 in non smoking and one mid-way near the bar. I just hate it when I have to pee really bad and fight my way behind the "slow walking zombies" to get anywhere. They should add a restroom at the NW corner of the casino. I absolutely hate all the new machines they have crammed in which makes your chances of winning a jackpot even less. And for those of us that like playing the old school machines good luck, There is always someone "parked" on those machines forever betting $0.20-$0.40. Redwind.. We absolutely hate all the new machines. Bring back the good old machines. The "high limit room" is an absolute joke. Nobody plays in there because a $20 bet on triple fortune dragon unleashed bonus will get you $200 if you are lucky. Honestly I have a feeling the slot manufactures know something is coming and they are trying to grab up as much $$ as they can. Have a look at Vegas with the tearing down of casinos. I think people are just getting tired of throwing their money away and not having the fun experience we once used to get. I've spent a lot of $$ here and they used to have a " Personal Representative" we all remember Victor. As soon as I put my card in he would be there asking if I needed anything. Dinner, Freeplay, etc. Now there is absolutely nothing now. I probably drop $5,000 a month here. You could at least have better comps for high rollers other than toasters and coffee makers or $59 tablets.

All in all the RedWind is a good casino if you don't plan on gambling. Just go for the great food, the bar, and to watch...
