Medicine Creek Deli — Restaurant in Washington

So last few times I've eaten here it was absolutely amazing which was about 2 yrs ago id say & it was so good that I left a review & comment card in the box back then. Well we just had dinner there a cupl nights ago & that was literally the most I've paid for a meal btw around $16 a plate but it was not great folks. What the heck happened here?! This is crazy! For starters we got a PRIME RIB not to b confused w/a roast beef it's lower counterpart either. This is supposed to b the very best of the best of thus particular meat & we get home only to find over half the meat is grissel & fat. We has a person that had just had dental work done so we had planned to remove the meat to chop it finer in the mixer to basically b left w/nothing more than a fatty gross mess. He tossed it needless to say. Then I go to grab my side salad I got w/my chicken strips after he made it up for me like he does once we get home w/the dressing how I like it. I took maybe 2 or 3 bites before realizing I'm eating a bunch of disgusting raw onions that btw I couldn't fish outta this salad cuz they matched the lettuce cut & color but the whole house began to reek of these things & I can't stomach raw onions to save my life but they give me instant heart burn so I was up most the night dealing w/this. But I have never in my life had someone try serving me a bunch of fresh onions on a side salad in my life. But this is not my 1st side salad from ur place either so this apparently is something new i guess that u all have decided to add. Let me just say I won't be ordering a salad period anywhere for a while now cuz that was it for me on them after that horrible experience. But after paying far more than I had anticipated which just continues to go up & up in cost & after spending money on gas going here to the casino btw to let off some steam etc I gotta say even when I won a tiny bit of money leaving ur place, i ended up broke in the end over the simple fact that the cost if everything ghad gone way up here. The quality sadly took a huge nosedive. But just to eat a reg average meal costs about the same as it was to eat at a 5 star restaurant at the pier in Seattle back only a few yrs ago. The entire exp left more than a bad taste in my mouth. Especially after spending what we spend on ur gaming to end up being forced to pay these kinds of prices for casino food w/a cafeteria-feel dining experience was a total bummer considering used to love eating here for years. Sadly I won't be returning anytime soon & this is mainly due to the cost of it all now as well as the obvious poor quality in their food now. It seems these days this is actually the norm around here anyway when it comes to basically anything we used to buy whether it's retail goods or food dining etc they all basically have raised prices to the sky & u can bet on the quality of what u were used to getting is gonna be far less than what ur certainly paying now. It's just not worth the paper it takes to complain about it anymore honestly. I'd rather get screwed by my local grocery store like I've been getting cuz atleast there I can somewhat control rhe quality that ends up on our table. Sad times in general. But when u can't give ppl what we deserve based solely on the cost of what ur charging ppl, do me a favor & get out the business then. I'm growing really tired of being screwed over by businesses that do anything to keep afloat anymor which usually means I get screwed. Quit pretending u can stay a business by screwing ppl out of their money by poor quality. It's ur responsibility as a business to be fair in what u charge & what u give folks. This is just not acceptable in any business but...

This place use to be good, when it was in the old location (keno area). Now it's terrible. I've been here about 10 times over the last couple years and everytime it's awful. You no longer get fries with anything. The food is over cooked and soaked in grease and every single time the fries are somehow ice cold. The blt use to be top notch now you literally get 2 pieces of bacon for a blt!?! I've seen more bacon on a bacon cheese burger (not here). Staff is overwhelmed, they need more people. Not very clean. You now have to pay for drinks as well, including soda. Bought a French dip, had so little filling, I put all the filling on one half of the roll and threw the empty half of bread away. Asked for no onions on one dish, came out covered in onions....

I left with food after losing money at the casino and when I was already half way home, I wondered if the younger girl with glasses and dark hair remembered to put ranch with my salad. I knew she would forget bc she was too busy talking to her coworker about some other nonsense.

It's all fine and dandy to chit chat but just do your job and put ranch in my bag!! It's very infuriating losing $1000 in a night and then having someone forget my salad dressing!!! I'm not going to drive all the way back and have to park and walk into the place AGAIN, just to get some ranch!!!...
