Quilcene Historical Museum — Attraction in Washington

What a lovely house with such a cozy interior— furnished so colorfully! I especially love the homemade touch of the rugs and the artful masterpieces that adorn the walls. What a wonderful gem. We come to the hood canal often and have passed by the museum many times. We finally decided to check it out on Memorial Day weekend. The staff there was wonderful and their exhibits were very interesting. Learned a lot about the history of the area. we also got a private tour of the mansion. Definitely worth checking out with kids and family.

What the Olympic Mountain aren't good enough as a place to be or go....??(is way better & cheaper too)
