Legends of Superheros — Attraction in Waterbury

Kevin who works at the counter is very knowledgeable about the products he sells and is extremely easy to talk to and work with. On the nights where the store plays tournaments, Kevin and James are both quick to help people who have questions about rules and general game play. They both make the games more enjoyable and make new people feel welcome. This store in general has a good crowd that comes around and everyone is very friendly! In its new location in Oakville's old red office building, I can't say this place seems to have improved upon its atmosphere, its ease to get to or find, or its Magic the Gathering attention. It's tough to get to or even locate the store itself, just unlabeled Batman signs with arrows around the backside of the building, and arriving there was underwhelming. Loads of piled up, unsorted Magic cards made it hard to find what I was looking for, and they seemed to have very little inventory for it.

Went in with my wife and the gentleman working didn’t even acknowledge the fact we were shopping. He was on the phone the entire time and when we went to the counter he walked away and made another call. I can understand when it’s busy you can’t say hello to everyone (I’ve worked in sales for 10 years it happens).
