Field Fresh Farms — Attraction in Watsonville

Let me start by saying the young man in the shipping office was SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! The young lady who gave me paperwork after I was loaded not so friendly but not rude either. I guess it's all about the attitude the driver comes in with. They do have overnite parking in a large lot. They do have port a potties. Yes you will probably be waiting awhile for ur load. Keep in mind folks this is produce and they have to actually pick most of it and bring it in and then package it to put on the trucks so it isn't like they are ignoring you they are at the mercy of the pickers in the field...and they have to flash cool the product so its the correct temp after sitting in a warm/ hot field. If waiting isn't ur thing then tell ur dispatch not to send u after produce.. The reviews about them being racist are FALSE.. Just becuz u have to wait doesn't make them racists. If someone else goes before you it's becuz their product is done not becuz they are Hispanic or white.. Really get over urself thinking they won't load u cuz of ur color.. Not everything is racially motivated... Pretty much what I'm saying is GROW UP!!...attitude is...

Don't believe the first come first serve garbage. I was the second drive to check in at 7:55am with a lot full of trucks. At 11:20 am, I was told 30 minutes to get to a dock. Now 11:30am and I am the LAST truck on the lot. If you aren't born outside of the USA, you will be held until last to get loaded. I will be requesting that I do not get sent back to...

I’ve been to Field Fresh Watsonville 3 times and it took 8 hours to load 9-10 pallets the 1st two times and 13.5 hours the third time. Field Fresh Yuma AZ is no better. Stay away!!!! Tell your dispatch you would rather quit and abandon their truck rather than load here!!! I rated 1 star but with I could rate them...
