My experience was very bad. Checked in at 2pm and was told that they ran out of product and ill have to wait.

Went in for update at 5pm and was told they were waiting on 1 more pallet and will start loading in the next hr.

Went in for update at 630pm and they said they dont know what what time they will load me and just got told (rudely) to go back to my truck and wait for a phone call.

Went back in at 830pm and asked for the supervisor. The guy running the office was the supervisor and i proceeded to rip him a new one. He apologized and said he has a door for me now, was finally out at 10pm

It was only 15 pallets and these guys made me miss my next pickup appointment at 10pm in Bakersfield.

Hard to show respect to shippers who shows zero respect...

I checked in at 9:30 AM for pickup two skids, which was supposed to be ready the day before. I thought everything would be ready by now, but they told me one skid is still not ready and will take one hour max. I called around 3:00 PM, and they assured me that your load is ready now and would be loaded in a minute or two. After waiting another hour, I went to the shipping office to ask what’s going on. The staff member claimed there were no forklift operators available, yet I saw them loading another truck that had checked in after me. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. People cant speak or read English so make sure when you go in and ask them how you want to get loaded you bring a pop up book with you explaining how you asked them to put everything sideways and they just put it in there how ever the hell they wanted. I can’t wait to come back here and talk to these dudes like they are half brain dead and babysit them on to how to load my trailer with the most simple instructions...
