I was able to park there and go kayaking without having to carry the kayak very far and it was a shady area with an clean portapotty nearby. I did not use any of the facilities Except for the kayak launching ramp/dock.

Went there to vote. There is a trail to walk or ride your bike. Also, dog friendly. They have bags for the dogs stuff if you forgot to bring one or if you just need an extra one.
