When I came to this place originally, I was impressed with the variety of produce that they carried. They assured me that everything in their store is theirs and was raised and grown following organic practices. So I did my shopping and bought few fruits and salmon. However when I was getting ready to cook my fish the next day, I noticed the writings on the packaging which read that the fish was packaged in China!!! and the expiration date was 2018!!! I was in shock! I contact the owner who told me it was a mistake but I didn’t believe because one of the apples that I bought in that same place still had a sticker on it!!! And the sticker on fruits and veggies tells us a lot - a 4 digit code means the fruit was conventionally raised and grown with pesticides and chemicals in nutrient depleted soil. We had a wonderful experience at Milk & Honey. Emily's pumpkin, carmel, cinnamon rolls were HUGE and delicious. The chili is some of the best I've ever had. The meat is sold in generous sizes. Our son loves the sour cherry jam so much that he asked me to buy four more jars. We got so many different things there and can't wait to try them all. Andrew and Emily have such a wealth of knowledge that they are so willing to share. The CBD gum and mints have helped control my chronic pain.
