Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Wauconda

This little Caesars in Wauconda changed ownership a year or two ago. I remember the sign. Whoever owns it now dislikes the locals, as evidenced by the chronic understaffing and the tiny amount of cheese that is usually on the pizzas.

The other chain pizza place in town does not have this problem--and I order from there frequently too. Same price, twice or triple the cheese.

Whoever is ultimately operating this place: it's not your employees--it's you. I order here frequently, always prepaid online, always extra most best cheese, in hopes it might have enough cheese on it to be considered pizza, and 33% of the time, it's passable as a classic cheese, never above average, never ever anything that could be considered extra cheese.

Doesn't matter if it's slow or busy, I've ordered here enough to realize it's what you are instructing the employees to do.

Please sell the store. You run your business like a miser and the town will be better without you.

It was the first time I'd stopped and bought food at the Wauconda Little Ceasars. Usually I go to Mchenry or Crystal Lake. I bought a Sausage pizza, Italian Cheesy Bread, and two Garlic butters. About an hour after eating, my husband and I became very ill. I vomited three times and had diarrhea, my husband had diahrea. I was sick throughout the night and my stomach still hurts as I write this now. I notified the store Manager just now and he was completely unconcerned. I told him this is typical of staff not washing their hands or there may be another issue but he should look into it. He said his staff washes their hands every 30 minutes and the food could not have hurt me because its just cheese, bread and sauce. I will never come back to this store. I don't believe him and I think the store is dangerous. They will not take any concern or interest in customers concerns. We even stated that we did not want anything from them, just giving him information. From now on, I'll stick with McHenry or Crystal Lake if I ever feel like risking eating at your...

Pretty disappointed with this Place. They said it would be 10 mins. I Ordered a pizza cheese bread and wings, they weren’t too busy when I came in, I went to go pick up stuff from the other stores in the strip and came back and it still took another 15 mins. other people coming in ordering and getting food before me, after I had already been waiting the entire wait was 45 mins. The employees in the back don’t wear any kind of food safety equipment like gloves and the cook in the back looks like he doesn’t know what he’s going.
