Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wauconda

I pulled up at 12:46am. I ordered a Mexican pizza no beans then asked for a minute I wasn’t sure for the rest… the screen kept flipping to pictures so I couldn’t look at the menu. With in a few seconds of me asking for a min to look I was asked twice by the girl what I wanted… I’m not sure yet… followed by when your ready, is that it for your order?!

I said yeah forget it, that’s it So I pulled forward. I was very irritated by her rushing me while there was no one behind me and 2h15min left of service hours.

I opened by bag after watching them snicker before handing me my order…so I opened it to check. Half of the shell had nothing on it..the girl opens The window with a snarky tone and says is everything OK with your order? I said no, I want a new one. There’s no meat on there. She says It’s portion that’s why there’s nothing there. I followed up with no I ordered this every time I come here and this is never Been like this . I said I want my money back. I also said I don’t understand why you guys are rushing me. I said the screen kept switching and she said you know …if you need more time you can order online. WHAT ARE YOU SERIOUS…

I’m not gonna lie I was rude because I was baffled by how much she was rushing me and was rude.

There were two people in front of me waiting for their food. It made absolutely no sense. This is not the first time with the rude girl in the window, but this is the last time I’m not going to say something… the ticket name is Christina although there was another girl Maybe the shift leader that stepped in front of her to give me the attitude assuming that was...

I will be honest this location was starting to lose me as a customer solely based off the teenagers that were hired there’s ignorance and pure attitude. HOWEVER, on a whim I had to hit the drive thru one night and tho my order originally was missing the same thing that was always missing, Maria was absolutely amazing. She was not only more then over the top with making it right but she went out of her way to personally apologize and she was just overall the reason I will definitely start giving this location my business back. Also for any corporate higher up reading this, please do your business a favor and let this wonderful human being handle the trainings in terms of customer service, again all 3/4 teenage girls working their specifically are not the greatest with their attitudes, their response to orders and in general make it a horrible experience god forbid they mess up, but Maria, Maria was amazing and left such a positive experience I couldn’t not explain why she changed my entire view on this location. Will come back solely for the service...

Tonight's experience actually began with an order mistake but it was handled so well that this is a positive review to say thanks. Part of our order was missing and we did have to take the time to go back but everything was made right with a little extra and they cared to make sure the customer was taken care of. Forgot to ask her name in person but the receipt says Cristina. In addition to that, we get a lot of fast food from various locations and I can say for sure that this food tasted a lot better than a recent TB order I just had from the one that is closer to our house.
