In regards to Annette Andersons review, I'm the lady that was in the chair when she arrived, and a witness to the truth. When she first entered in , Kelli informed her of Bellas presence , she said NOTHING about " Killa Bella", thats a lie. She instead met her to walk her in and assured her Bella was no threat, which she absolutely was not. Bella is a very small dog, may I mention. Annette hollered, screamed, and jumped on top of the counter, Bella wasn't even barking , nor did she chase her. She finally came in , sat down, was over dramatic about the dog despite the fact she now saw that what Kelli, myself, and others informed her of regarding Bella was true. She shared she had a class to teach at 4, her appointment was 130, not a very wise decision especially for a first time. Kelli had other clients, absolutely, she's suppose to, but I assure you she was very professional and accommodating, I also was a new client. Annette wanted her hair, which was long but nowhere near 20 inches, cut short. She left the shop for 30 minutes then returned. She was negative the whole time and for whatever reason , had a sense of entitlement. In my strong opinion, she was looking to make the experience an issue, hoping for a free hair do. In no way was she forced to stay, as a matter of fact , if she was so terrified,why come back? Definitely not the behavior of someone who was terrified. I’m very disappointed in my decision to book Kellie. I went to her off a recommendation and thought she had nice work. However, it started with walking in and being told watch out for “killer. Bella”. This was her dog, although the dog didn’t bother me I’m extremely terrified of dogs from past trauma but was forced to sit here with the dog because who else was I going to book last min. I hid my fears because I really needed my hair done. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 and someone else was in the chair getting a quick weave that she was just starting on. I didn’t get my hair washed until an hour and a half later and then was sat under the dryer and not put in a chair until 3:45. This was supposed to be a sentimental day for me as I was doing a big chop cutting off my 20+ inch hair to a very short cut. It however turned into a horrible experience. Due to rushing, because she was juggling multiple clients, my hair was left uneven. I didn’t leave from the shop until 4:45 and I was very dissatisfied. I unfortunately had to run to teach my class so I didn’t have time to realize the imperfections. Not once was an apology offered. I would not recommend...
