Beautiful views. Very clean. Well kept and the biggest Park in Waynesboro. Offers areas to fish, tennis court & Plenty of picnic areas. As well as gazebos. Nice size playground. Soccer fields, walking trails. A very beautiful garden area if you walk behind the playground. Baseball fields, plenty of space for kickball or maybe field football. Theres plenty of space just to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Richview park has restrooms, water fountains as well as a community pool. In different picnic areas there are grills for the public to use. Theres a huge stage and restrooms there as well. They have small garden that you can walk around, and look around about honoring families and friends who had cancer.
I wish they had more walking trails with mazes, and had more sitting areas with special locations that can be use to relax and be able to read books at.
They also have a swimming pool. But I don't think it's open yet. Overall a very good park.

Read moreOver time, Waynesboro has done a good job in maintaining this park overall. Sitting by the river it’s always relaxing and pleasant but the park is quite noisy and crowded at times. There’s a little of everything for someone to do. The pool looks well-maintained although crowded the playground is a lot of fun and you could just sit and mull the day as canoers pass by quietly. The little walking trails are a lot of fun if you are older or just want a simple walk. Back in the day there were festivals at the park and they were always fun.
