Burger King — Restaurant in Waynesboro

I'll start off by saying that the food was awful. The food we received was old, which is pretty bad considering we went there for lunch mere minutes after they were supposed to end breakfast. What, are they trying to save money by Saving over food from the previous day to serve when they change over? I don't know. For example, as you can see from the photo I added to my review, my chicken sandwich looked like, and tasted like, a deep fried slab of cardboard slapped between two thin slabs of wood. Next off, the staff were uncaring and indifferent towards their customers. The lady that took my order was acting like she was in such a rush to get my order over and done with, but there was no one else behind me so it's not like they were busy. The maintenance lady kept cleaning around our table and kept trying to clean off our table and sweep and mop underneath our table...even though we were trying to eat. The store itself is a very seedy place, in real need of a good cleaning and possibly an aesthetic makeover. It's painfully obvious that nobody takes care of that place. Some of the tables are crooked, some of the seats are bung up and that tile floor really needs a pressure washer. Speaking of things that need work, those bathrooms really need some. Those bathrooms look about as rough as the people who work there. The absolute only reason I gave this place two stars instead of one is simply because this is the only place that I've seen around that actually has a PlayPlace still. So they've got that one thing going for them, which is nice I suppose. Overall, this place doesn't seem to come close to the standard of any fast food joint I've ever worked at in my younger years. I definitely don't recommend this place, definitely go somewhere else, and I definitely won't be...

Where to start....I went inside to order food, I was 3rd person in line. Took me 12 minutes before I even got to the register because the person behind the register couldn’t find anything (he isn’t new). The woman at the drive-thru window was sitting on the counter 90% of the time. There were 7 people behind the counter, and none of them knew what they were doing. The customer in front of me ordered 3 kids meals, and when they got their food, it was all just piled up on the tray. No bags for the kids meals, and the kids drinks were just laid on top of the food. And no sure how true it is, but one of the woman behind the counter kept saying that Burger King no longer sells the Impossible Burger even though it is still advertised and I have not seen anything about BK stop selling it. I recently moved to the Waynesboro area and have visited this Burger King maybe 7 times (I love BK) and EACH TIME HAS BEEN AMAZING! Coming from Cville the only good BK there is on 29 but this BK hits it on the mark every time. They are also SUPER NICE and will always make sure their customers are satisfied. The burgers are always juicy and fries crispy and well salted. Best location I have been to, and I have visited BKs in like 7 states prob more.

I decided to write this review after, just a second ago, my gf picked up our online order on her way home from work. There was a long line at the drive thru and it was 35f outside.
