Memorial Park — Attraction in Weiser

Waiting for summer i hope they remove weeds more and add alot of fish hachery fish this year, again Fishing is Fun! The parking is terrible so perhaps charge a sml fee to park in there use that money to extend the parking in the way back. It gets packed ive had to always park abit down a side sreet. Its a great water like park to for sure check out . it s right next to the boise river. . and that greenbelt aling there. Last yr 2 girls tanningon a giant pink flamingo floated by. It's a nice park. The play ground up front is modern and fun. However, my favorite part of this park is out at the far end of the park there is another older playground. It has a jungle-jim, a merry-go-round, a large slide, swings, and some seesaws. It's older, but I love it and it's sturdy enough to hold the weight of full grown adults. It's usually pretty empty if that matters. In addition there are basketball and tennis courts right up front and if you go back behind the first fence their are 2 baseball lots. Memorial Park is wonderful! I feel very fortunate to have such a nice complex here in Weiser. When I first stumbled upon it the conditions were ideal; It was a beautiful summer evening, the whole park had just been mowed and some of the sprinklers were running. I sat at a picnic table under the canopy and was astonished. Most small towns don't have a big beautiful park such as this! I almost do not want to promote it because I want it all to...
