Cold Storage Beach — Attraction in Wellfleet

This is best beach on the cape. We were there for the summer and tried them all, race point, coast guard, and Nauset. None of them came close. So calm you can put a pool float in and not move, a sandy bottom as far as you want to walk out, clear water where you can see your feet, warm enough starting in June you can’t beat it.

This beach is for residents only, but the beach next by, sea street is open to the public. Parking is 35 bucks there and very limited.
