This was my first real drive through experience. I had been to pop up drive-in locations that were set up with a cheap projector and small screen for small events. But this place is authentic, it's been running for decades. It has bathrooms and a large selection of snacks that aren't too expensive, especially if you're comparing them to large theater chain pricing. But they also just let you bring your own food and snacks as well. They place your car in a row that's appropriate for your vehicle. So large vehicles go farther in back, while smaller sedan types are closer to the screen so the bigger cars don't block their view. They also have a beer garden that we didn't try, because it was too early in the season. But looked lovely. After figuring out how to keep the radio on in the car without turning the car engine/ headlights on, you get an amazing listening experience honestly. (Don't recommend using the ancient glitchy speakers, but they are adorable to keep around as a token of the past.)

Flea market always has something you're looking for, pay extra for the antique or less if they are just getting rid of stuff. Always barter and walk away, you can mull it over and come back. Cheap knockoff Chinese imports, Cape Cod branded clothes, 'tobacco' pipes, old tools, toys, paintings, folk art, food, water fountain, beverages and beers. You could probably spend all day there if that was your thing and it was packed with vendors, looking through every table for that gem of a purchase you didn't know you needed until its gleam caught your eye. Break for lunch and then go through to buy all the stuff you decided on getting. Don't forget sunscreen, water bottles, for the kids and comfortable shoes. Careful on the playground, guaranteed there have been some merry-go-round induced concussions or fatalities.

I remember seeing Moonraker here in 79, and now each summer I take my family to the drive-in. The car speakers I think are the same from the seventies, as is the food... and while none of it is thrilling in and of themselves, as an experience, totally worth it. You can tune your car radio to get better audio, and you can bring a cooler with your own dinner and drinks, which helps. Bring some lawn chairs and bug spray, and have a night of it. Double-Features even! Not ideal for a quality movie - but def fun for a night out seeing something silly where you can zone in and out as you prefer.

I'm actually only reviewing this for the Flea Market that's held on Saturdays and Sundays (and a couple of Wed. and Thurs). Interesting mix of cheap import stuff, original art/ craft and traditional antique/flea junk. Cheap admission (I think it was $4 car load, or $1 walk/bike in). My favorite was a vendor who had a hat embroidery machine, where I got a custom Gnurd hat made!. The concession stand is open for snacks/lunch, and there's an Adult section (bar) for grownup drinks. We go every time we're in the area, and it's always fun, whether we buy anything or not.

Buying tickets online was very convenient! They play two movies a night; you can stay for the second or leave during the intermission. It seems that each double feature plays for two nights, then they switch to another set of movies. Picture and sound quality (connected in via radio) were great. The snack bar was very convenient- they have hot foods, traditional movie theater popcorn and candy, and ice cream treats. The bathrooms were also relatively well kept, despite the large number of people.

Blast from the past!!! My gf took me to see one of my all time favorite movies JAWS and I got to experience the movie just like it was when it was released this is a timeless experience that is slowly disappearing. If you are in the area GO! It’s worth every bit!
