My husband and I were passing through on our way across the country. Wellington is not too big, so this is one of the places that showed up for us to see. We unfortunately weren't able to get over there until just past 4 pm, so we breezed through a lot of it but made sure to look at every room. It is full of history and donated items on every floor. I wish we could've taken more time (and I'm sure they would've happily accommodated us that front), but we wanted to make sure we were through by closing time at 5 pm. It was really cool to imagine the place being a hospital and how it would've operated back in its heyday.
