Wellington Public Library — Attraction in Wellington

I have wasted my time and gasoline twice going to Wellington library to make copies. The ladies are nice enough but are like deer in headlights when it comes to simple paying customer service. The lady with the ponytail and glasses literally sat there surfing the Internet with obviously more important things to do than help a taxpayer with services offered. The first time, they were quite busy and I waiting for over an hour and a half to decide to return again when they're not as busy. 1/2 tank of gas later and I'll just buy a printer. Get it together, whomever you are. If you offer a service, now the I T. side of things to more accurately and speedily help patrons. I worked at Ablah library in the "card catalogue" days during mids and finals. The librarian I spoke to 2 times would not last one day there. Our institutions are paid by taxes. Wages are paid to employees that do their job on their feet...

My family loves to visit this little library, especially during summer. My older brother likes to bring his laptop and do his studying here for summer college classes. It is a well kept, clean, friendly and a relaxing place to do your studying, reading, sitting, and with easy internet access to library computers or on your own device. A cool place to go after swimming in the public pool to get out of the sun. Also a good selection of books for a small town library. We like the children's and teen's sections! Hopefully they keep adding new...

Had a wonderful time at the Fancy Nancy Party with 2 of my grandgirls!! Chelsea and company had everything decorated, arranged and even real china on the table for koolade tea and cupcakes. The projects to make and take were prized possessions as we left. Had to beg a bag from the librarian downstairs make sure we got everything home. Thanks for a great memory.
