I just called the number on the website listed under the "contact" page if you have questions. I assumed that's what I should/could do since it's right there on their page saying to do so. When I did, the lady answered and said she couldn't really talk right now but would send me a link to make a purchase. I asked if the feed for the goats was on their webpage, and she said, "yes, please read"...I don't know if I'm just out of touch with customer service these days, but having worked in retail/food service for years in my early 20s, I wouldn't have ever imagined telling a customer to "please read" when they call the store number with a question. If you don't want to answer questions over the phone, I would state that on the site (where someone is reading), or just don't list a phone number.
