Austin Town Hall Park — Attraction in West Chicago Township

Had to run in the Neighborhood library to make a quick copy of something I needed send off. As came in the door ever one behind the desk spoke and ask how can they help me. It was my first time making copies there and didn't know the procedure they was very quick to get up and come around the desk to show where and how to use the machine. When I made the copy it came out to dark to see and went to make another one the older gentleman came from behind the desk to show me how to make it lighter printed it out and didn't charge me for the second copy, so I was happy for the fast friendly & courtesy help...

This location is my second home AND home office! Access to printing, scanning, etc. allows me to stay organized and get more disciplined. And the company of others keeps me from feeling depressed during winter. But Austin's staff is simply the best and most helpful group. They teach kids, adults, seniors how to fill out online applications, access personal accounts and how to surf/seach for whatever you need. They are patient and never give me...

I been living around this area for over 1s 0 ye as rs just learned of this place. The staff is very helpful, polite & patient. I love my Water Aerobics class & instructors Omar & Manny. The lifeguards who are there are so sweet & observant; they are not distracted, they're focused on their job duties. I'd recommend coming to this place.
