If I could give zero stars ⭐️ I had the worst experience ever..... so me and my sister went last Friday to check out the store . I was interested in the store because a while back I met a young lady who said she was the owner she was so sweet and said I gotta check this place out I’m all about supporting black owned business but what I won’t deal with is bad customer service I don’t care if you’re black or white . So we went there Came inside there was a few ladies in their people getting make up done another lady talking anyways we walk in we don’t even get a hello So we looking at merchandise we find some that we like I asked oh do you have this in a size small the lady kept talking and did not acknowledge me so then my sister found some pants that she like it was the fishnet pants she was trying to ask but if they had it in her size (we thought maybe the lady didn’t hear me) they still didn’t knowledge us At that point we just walked out and just went down the street n got something out of Paradise (FYI customer service is on point ) We only checked out the store because the owner was so sweet when she was telling me about her business a while back and I finally got a chance to go there and her store nothing like the lady personality . Worst customer service ever ... when it comes to owning a business especially a store customer service is everything and they definitely don’t have in the store they’re rude I don’t even knowledge you when you go in big waste of time there is so many other options out here in Chicago do not let them get your money big waste of your time the workers are very rude just remember the way you treat one customer can determine many other customers .... I will make sure anybody i run into anybody I know I would tell them not to shop there and I’m going to let them know how I’m treated you need to do better at that...

If you’re headed out for a night on the town with your girls, family or significant other and need something to wear.. Dressing up or down this is the place to shop for everything you need.. Clothing, Jackets, Coats, Accessories and Shoes that’s reasonably priced.. The owner and employees really cater to the customers needs.. The customer service is superb.. When I first entered the establishment I was greeted by a friendly face that stated welcome to pretty dope accessories!. and as I was leaving I was told thanks for shopping!.. I love when I feel welcomed especially if I’m coming to spend my money.. Location is great. No issues with parking which is a plus... I’ll be back soon. Thanks again Ms...

Good afternoon good people. Just wanted to stop by and let you know my experiences at this boutique. Every time I come in I see smiling faces as well as faces getting done lol. But in all seriousness the boutique itself is amazing. The employees always greet me ask if would like any water to drink or help finding anything in particular. Let me know what’s on sale or what deal they have going on that particular day. Probably why I keep coming back. Plus the clothes, purses, sunglasses and know shoes are just my style I love it. Go visit when you have a chance. Thank you pretty dope...
