Smart Choice Suits — Attraction in West Chicago Township

My family and I had the most pleasant experience at Smart Choice Suits. We traveled over an hour to the store. I saw them on Instagram and hoped that they would carry my son’s size. My son is a football player and wears large sizes that aren’t typically carried in stores. At the last minute, he decided that he wanted to go on prom. We were greeted IMMEDIATELY when we walked in the door. They had several customers, and they still acknowledged us. Every person that worked there greeted us as we walked around the store. I found out that it is family owned, and the vibe in the store felt like family. Remi assisted us and he was fantastic. He was patient and knowledgeable of fashion, fabrics and sizing. My son is very quiet, and he stated that he felt comfortable with Remi. We walked out that day with a full suit for my son that fit him well. I haven’t received good customer service like this in over a decade. I will return as my son is going off to college and will need professional attire for interviews. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Smart Choice Suits, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience. I needed a gold-colored dress shirt for a wedding I was invited to last minute and decided to call ahead. Shanks answered the phone and assured me they had plenty in stock.

Upon arriving, I was warmly welcomed by everyone at the store. The customer service was exceptional. Shanks had my dress shirt ready, complete with a matching tie. I also realized I might need socks, and Shanks picked out the perfect pair. The socks were so good that I decided to get some shoes as well, as the ones he suggested looked fantastic with my outfit.

After I paid for everything, I had some time before my Uber arrived. Shanks gave me a tour of the store, and we had a great conversation about different styles and fashion trends. It was an AWESOME experience!

It was a cold rainy day and I needed to look for a suit that very same day for a fashion networking event. I think I looked at and called about 7 different stores in the Chicago area that day. Men’s wear house was too expensive for just a suit jacket and other shops sold custom suits which are nice but was way out of my budget.

I called Smart Choice on a Hail Mary that they could help get me a red velvet suit. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for and more but Sammy was an absolute pleasure to work with and be around. The suit looks amazing on me and fits just as well as a custom tailored suit. I got the suit, pants, shoes, socks, belt, and bow tie all for about $325. They were literally the Smart Choice. Go with them, you won’t be disappointed.
