This is absolutely one of the most beautiful lakes in the world, no exaggeration. The very gorgeous and stark Grinnell point is breathtaking. You are in a position here at this lake to hike several different ways into the high country of Glacier Park and it just gets even more beautiful up the trails towards Lake Josephine and Grinnell Lake. You can take boat rides across the lake. The Many Glaciers Hotel is awesome next to Swiftcurrent and reminds you of something out of a movie. Instant romantic atmosphere on several levels. This is a beautiful lake right next to the Many Glaciers Hotel and right before Lake Josephine. There are a few hikes that you can do that go around it or a ferry that goes across. If you are hiking the Grinnell Glacier hike, you will also pass right next to it. Make sure to bring your binoculars and a camera, and watch for wildlife, it...
