Great place, it's small but just what is needed.
There is a beautiful view! Even at night time, which is when I went, you can see the water, the city lights. With the sound of the water flowing below you, in the open area, its very calming and refreshing.
It's completely open, so it's not a place where you would want kids, they can fall right into the water.
Looks like a great place to go fishing too, there was a bucket there when I went, with some fish presumably someone left it there from his fishing...
